Lease: Triple Net (NNN), Double Net (NN) or Bondable, 10yr +
Tenant: BBB- (or better) by S&P or Baa3 (or better) by Moody’s, or Equivalent.
Term:  Co-Terminus with Lease
Amortization: Full, Self Amortizing
