Commercial Mortgage Lender Names City in Law Suit

The city of Biddeford closed down the property for code violations. The only problem was that the property had been foreclosed on. The city named the owner in their violation proceedings just as the lender was about to take possession through an auction. The auction was stopped and the lender is now claiming that the city violated their due process rights.
